It’s with great pleasure that I share some of my favorite photographs from Steve and John’s incredible U.P. wedding. Steve and I have been good friends for many years and I was thrilled when he asked me if I’d be interested in photographing his wedding. The couple met just over eight years ago and shortly thereafter attended my wedding together. It was the first time that John had ever been to the U.P.  The wedding and reception were set outside at the country home of Steve’s parents Alice and Ted on a beautiful August day. Aside from some pesky mosquitos at dusk, between the touching and emotional ceremony and the merriment of the reception, it was indeed a special day. I’m so happy I was able to be a part of it, both as a friend and a photographer. Wishing these two all the luck in the world as they make things official!
